Roasted Salmon

Yields 1 Portion

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon filet (skin on)

  • Butter or olive oil

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Season salmon filet with salt and pepper. Heat oil in an oven-safe sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sear filet skin side up until a golden brown crust forms. Flip and transfer to oven. Bake for 6 - 8 minutes or until flaky.
